How do I place an order?

How can I pay for my order?

Paying for your order is easy, to pay online via our secure website all you need is one of the following debit or credit cards. U.K.Delta, Switch, U.K. Maestro, MasterCard, or Visa. You can also pay via PayPal. We accept cheques (£10.00 minimum, £50.00maximum) however this will delay delivery, as we do not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared.

 

How do I know my details will be secure?

Really Good Games is committed to protecting your privacy. Our secure payment system encrypts your debit/credit card information when you place your order; only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process the transaction.

 

How soon after ordering can I expect my order to arrive?

You should allow 3 - 5 days for your order to reach you.  Orders placed before 15:00hrs

Monday to Friday are sent the same day, subject to stock availability.

Items below 1:0 Kg are sent via Royal Mail letter post. Above 1:0 Kg will be sent via Parcel Force or by Courier.

 

Do you send orders Overseas?

We only accept overseas orders for BFPO addresses, these are charged at the standard Royal Mail / Parcel Force U.K. rate, according to the size and weight of the item.

The usual BFPO restrictions apply.

 

What do you do about Christmas deliveries?

Due to the heavy demand for Really Good Games at this time of year all orders must be placed before the twelfth of December to guarantee Christmas delivery.

For any orders placed after this date we would do our very best for you, but cannot guarantee a pre - Christmas delivery date.

 

What happens if I change my mind about the goods I have ordered?

We believe you will be delighted with the quality of goods you purchase from Really Good Games, but understand that there may be occasions when you feel it is necessary to return an item to us. 

All you need to do is, email us within 48 hours of receipt to let us know you wish to return the goods, and return the item to us in its original packaging within 14 days, once we have received the item we will then refund the cost of it on to your card. The cost of the return postage is not refundable.

 

What happens if any of the items I purchase are damaged or faulty?

We hope our quality control system would mean that this wouldn't happen, however, we accept that on rare occasions this may occur.

For packaging or goods that are received damaged or faulty we would ask you to email or telephone us within 48 hours of receipt, and return them to us in the original packaging within 14 days. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, including the postage costs, according to your wishes, when we have received the item.
